Microwave Instructions

Remove lid and cover with wet paper towel Microwave for 2-3 minutes

Steaming instructions

If you are using a steamer rack, use steamer paper to prevent the bottom from getting soggy. Steam for 5 min. on med-high

If you have a riser, you can use a dish without holes and steam the dumplings for 3-5 min. on med-high *If you do not have a riser, you can make 3 big balls with aluminum foil or an upside-down bowl

Oven instructions Preheat oven to 390°F Spray pan with cooking oil Cover with wet paper towel Cover with aluminum foil Leave it in the oven for 3-5 min.

OPTIONAL - Crispy Savory Baos

Pan-sear the savory baos for crispiness

Pre-heat pan with 2 tablespoon of oil on high heat sear and press the baos down for 3-5 minute on each side,
depending on your preference
